“No pain, no gain” is a phrase I hear in the gym regularly, and it’s one that I don’t condone. When it comes to your body, pain is usually a sign that you are doing something wrong.
This month’s workout has two parts. It embraces cardio and strength.
As the weather gets colder we long for a soft chair, a warm blanket, a hot beverage and a comforting meal.
These snacks are great for the kiddos and for your day busy schedule.
This is a quick workout that can be slotted in anywhere.
Pair these with a hearty salad to make this meal complete.
Take this workout out to the Cranna Lake trails and try out the outdoor fitness stations.
Protein is extremely important for your daily health. Your body needs protein for growth and repair of bodily tissues, formation of components necessary for bodily functions, and for energy.
This workout is a bit more advanced but you can dial it back by spreading it out throughout the day. We call this one, the 100’s. Complete 100 reps of each exercise.
