This Month's Workout

Everyone with a family can attest to that chaos of the first few weeks of September. I can’t stress enough how important it is for you to maintain your workout schedule. If you keep your workout time consistent you will glide through the chaos without letting your health and fitness slide.

This is a quick workout that can be slotted in anywhere. Put 60 seconds on the clock for each exercise, and complete as many reps as you are able.

Squats

Push Ups

Lunges

Rows

Plank

Repeat 3 or more times and always remember quality technique over quantity!
