This Month's Workout

This workout is a bit more advanced but you can dial it back by spreading it out throughout the day. We call this one, the 100’s.

Complete 100 reps of each exercise.

 

100 Lunges

100 Push Ups

100 Squats

100 Resistance Band Rows

100 Mountain Climbers

100 Bridge Ups

100 Plank Jacks
