November Workout

This month’s workout has two parts. It embraces cardio and strength.

Start your workout with;

11 minutes of cardio

Put 11 minutes on the clock and complete as many rounds of the below exercises as possible.

11/side, squats to front kick

11 pushups

11/side, single leg bridge ups

11/side, alternate supermans

11/side, spiderman plank
