New Year Workout

We all know that you overindulged on the Christmas chocolate and cookies over the holiday. We did too. Grab your new socks, we got those too!

Start the new year with a good sweat.   Lace up your sneakers, roll on the deodorant and blast the get psyched mix. Complete at least 3 rounds.

 

20—Jumping Jacks

18—Push Ups

 

20—Lunges

18—Single Arm Row ( 9/side)

 

20—Russian Twists

18—Squats
