February’s Workout

Love your body this month with a great workout. Grab your significant other, or your best friend and get your sweat on together. This workout will love your whole body combining cardio and strength training.

 

2 mins Bike
14 Push Ups

2 mins Rowing
14 Lunges

2 mins Running
14 Seated Cable Rows

2 mins Stair Climbers
14 Ball Hamstring Curls
