20 Minute Rapid Workout

Sometimes all you have time for is 20 minutes. 20 minutes of cardio, or 20 minutes of strength, or 20 minutes for both. Here is a quick workout that will be over in 20 minutes and still make you feel like you accomplished something for the day.

 30 Jumping Jacks

25 Squats

20 Mountain Climbers

15 Russian Twists (per side)

10 Push Ups

5 Burpees

1 Plank

Do what you can with the time you have. Make it count!
