July’s Workout

This is a great way to train both your cardiovascular and muscular systems. Complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes. To increase the
challenge and the overall benefits of this workout try to increase the number of rounds you can complete in the 10 minutes. If you can get 4 rounds this week, try for 5 next week.
2 minutes Skipping
10 Push Ups
100 Mountain Climbers
10 TRX or Cable Rows
5 Burpees
(all 5 exercises = 1 round)
To keep seeing success, always challenge the
body, it can become very efficient at one
task very quickly.
