September’s Workout

This workout is inspired by the little orientation we gave to the new university students in the last week of august. So simple, no equipment required, and most definitely effective.

 

15 Squats

5 Push Ups

15 Full body Extensions

5 Push Ups

15 Get Ups

5 Push Ups

 

Set yourself 15 Minutes on the clock and complete as many rounds as possible.
Remember to start your workout with a warm up of at least 5 minutes of moderate cardio and follow up your workout with some cool down and stretching.
