November’s Workout

This months workout is one you can do on the living room floor, or at the gym.

 

20 Squats

20 second Plank

30 Russian Twists

20 Jumping Jacks

15 Lunges (per leg)

30 second Wall Sit

30 Butt Kicks

10 Push ups

 

Repeat 3 or more times! Remember to grab some water and take a breather between rounds!
