March’s Workout

Here is a workout for you for this month. The goal is to complete 17 reps of each exercise (17 per side in the case single sided exercises). Complete 2-3 rounds.

S– Squats

H– Hanging Knee Ups

A– Assisted Pull Ups

M– Mountain Climbers

R– Renegade Rows

O– Overhead Press

C– Curtsy Lunge

K– Knee Tuck Planks
