June’s Workout

This is an oldie but a goodie. It’s one of my favorites to pull out for my outdoor classes. It adds a bit of spontaneity to your workout, a tad bit of excitement. I like to call it DECKED OUT; Grab yourself a deck of cards. Draw 3 cards. The face value of the card will tell you the exercise you need to complete and the suit will tell you the quantity of each exercise to complete.

A– Lunges

1- Push Ups

2- Squats

3– Russian Twists

4- Pull Ups

5– Seated Cable Rows

6– Step Ups

7– Bicycle Crunch

8– Bicep Curls

9– Lateral Bounds

10– Bridge Ups

J– Tricep Pressdowns

Q– Spiderman Plank

K- Burpees


Clubs- 5 Reps

Spades- 8 Reps

Diamonds- 10 Reps

Hearts- 12 Reps


Repeat each round 3 times. Trade your cards in for 3 more and start again. Enjoy!
