April Workout

This month’s workout is brought to you by I’m tired of snow and I want spring! So you can take this one outside and enjoy the sunshine.


10/side, Walking Lunges

10 Push Ups

10/side, Side Lunges

10/side, Diagonal Knee Tuck Plank

100m Sprint

10 Inch Worms

Add a little extra by going for a walk, stopping every 5 minutes and completing a round of exercises. Enjoy!
