Partner A: 15 Squats
Partner B: Plank (hold as long as it takes partner A to complete squats).
Partner A: 10 Push Ups
Partner B: Wall Sit (hold as long as it takes partner A to complete Push Ups).
Complete 3 sets and then switch so that Partner B completes all of the A exercises and A completes all the B exercises.
