Ingredients1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt1/3 cup Quinoa flakes or Old Fashioned Rolled Oats1 cup fresh Raspberries, divided1 tbsp. Honey1 tbsp. Tahini1/8 tsp. rosewater or vanilla extractPinch of saltUnsweetened plain almond milk to thin.1 tsp. shaved chocolate or cacao nibs1/2 tsp. sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions1. In a blender, add yogurt, quinoa, 2/3 of raspberries, honey, tahini, rosewater, and salt. Blend until smooth and very thick. This with almond milk of desired. (Smoothie thickens as it chills)2. Add half of smoothie to the bottom of a glass, top with a few raspberries. Add the rest of the smoothie, remaining raspberries, shaved chocolate and sesame seeds. Chill for 1 hour or until cold.
