New Beginnings

It’s that time of year again, where the grass is starting to grow, the weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer.

It is also the time when people start to contemplate changes. Whether you’re trying for that summer body, or finally cleaning out that old storage room.

Recently I have been part of several changes, a close friend was forced into a new beginning after their relationship ended abruptly,  I, myself got engaged and this time of year my clients start pushing for that summer body.

Starting fresh isn’t always easy and it isn’t always planned. That said I try to see each new beginning as a chance to fix the things that you didn’t like before and a way to learn more about yourself and your body.

Some endings leave you with that cliff hanger, like that chapter in a really good book where something tragic happened and you have to know what the character does next. Like the old saying April showers bring May flowers, something good can come from something bad.

NEW MONTH.
NEW BEGINNING.
NEW MINDSET.
NEW FOCUS.
NEW START.
NEW INTENTIONS.
NEW RESULTS.

Making a change and starting anew can seem like a daunting task. It’s best to take it one step at a time. New month, new beginning, new mindset. Embrace the challenge and power through. Accept responsibility, ask for help and take it one day at a time.

Embrace the change, no matter how terrifying, a flower can’t bloom until it has pushed it’s way through  the darkness of the dirt into the light of the sun.
