August’s Workout

Here’s a simple but tough workout for your August fitness plan. Complete 10 sets of 10 reps of each exercise with as little rest as possible.

10 Reps x 10 Sets

10 Squats

10 Push Ups

Aren’t sure if you can complete 10 sets. Start with 3 and work your way up throughout the month. Remember to spend time after your workout stretching to help keep your muscle loose and ready for their next workout.
